DHL Review
DHL may be a good choice for corporates, but for normal people they are really expensive and awkward (at least in Sweden).
A part of why DHL is so bad to normal people is that they clash with the Swedish tax-authorities (and I guessing other countries too) for how things should work. What happens is that the tax-authority requires DHL to collect tax, something that DHL in turn thinks is a service that they can charge an extra $6 for, so you have to pay 25% tax plus $6 as the packet arrives.

I think it ridiculous. Who are you serving. What is wrong with sending the tax-fee directly to the receiver. Via the customs you should easily be able to get a list of imported stuff and their value.

They send an SMS, to which you have to respond to, to instruct them how you want your package delivered (to your door or to a pickup place).
Relying a message system that requires a dataplan isn't all that good. They could for example use email instead.
If you don't answer the SMS, then they come to your home
