DSN-VC288 (Volt-amp meter) review

According the ebay sellers description, the volt-meter is supposed to have a resolution of:

• 0.1 V when the voltage is above or equal to 10V
• 0.01 V when the voltage is below 10V

This is not the case, the volt-meter has a resolution of 0.1V both above and below 10V.

As an example the screen shows: 4.0 (+-0.05) instead of 4.00 (+-0.005) [V]
