Plastic 2.5 inch harddrive case (ebay seller: citic8813)

So it is a plastic 2.5 inch harddrive case with an opening over the IDE/SATA port where one can connect an adapter (and thus connect the HD to a computer).

Issues with the case:

• It had a 10-12 cm crack in it.
• The lid over the port pops open at the slightest touch.
• Even with the lid closed there is a 2 mm gap.
• The advert says it can be used with both IDE and SATA. However the most used/sold IDE-adapter can't be used with the case cause it is to big to fit into the opening over the port.
  • If you search (for example ebay) for a "USB IDE" then I'd say that 95% of the adapters sold are of this type. So when the sellers advert says the case can be used with IDE-harddrives, then I mean that is a quite deceptive statement.

The item arrived after 58 days.

Not knowing there is a 60 day limit on giving feedback, I began a long email conversation with the seller. Now (when 60 days has passed) the seller doesn't respond anymore.

The case was cheap, only like 1.5 USD, but I am so fed up with sellers who basically sells junk to you.
