Timestamp granularity:

Ext4: 1 ns (seconds with 9 decimals)

NTFS: 100 ns (seconds with 7 decimals)

FAT32: 2 s (the second is floored to the closest even second)

exFAT: 10 ms (seconds with 2 decimals)
