Generally its a great company
Negative
The reminder email when renewal/expiration is due, is unclear whether the domain will be renewed or expired.
Maybe I wouldn't be so concerned by this if it wasn't for a bug (I assume) that renewed a domain even though I had marked it to be canceled. (I was refunded, and I assume the bug was fixed because It hasn't happened when I've canceled other domains after that.)
When I go in under "add web forwarding" (301-redirects), I could be informed which domains already have web-forwarding.
Can be frustrating when combined with other rookie errors like forgetting to turn of the cache.
However once you've learned it, it's no problem.
Positve
No extra fees for every little detail like for example hiding your personal data in the whois-register.
Easy to switch between renew/cancel (Some other domain registrars (hostdepartment.com) makes it easy to join but difficult to leave (requiring phone calls etc))
Allows 301-redirects with the search path is intact. Ex: redirecting exampleA.com/abc?def=ghi ⇒ exampleB.com/abc?def=ghi (some registrars dumps the search path: exampleA.com/abc?def=ghi ⇒ exampleB.com)
